Primary logistics partners include Shiprocket, Bigship, and other reliable service providers. The company reserves the right to use alternate shipping partners based on serviceability, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.

If an address falls outside standard delivery coverage, delivery may be arranged through alternate partners upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply for such special arrangements.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
Products are seasonal and depend on raw material availability. While every effort is made to dispatch confirmed orders promptly, estimated timelines are as follows:

• Domestic Orders (within India): Dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery within 7–15 working days, depending on location.
• International Orders: Dispatched within 2–4 working days. Estimated delivery within 15–21 business days, subject to destination country, customs processing, and courier delays.
