General Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or issue refunds under normal circumstances. By placing an order with Fruitibo, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Limited Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We understand that exceptional cases may arise. We will consider refund or replacement requests only in the following strictly limited scenarios:

You received a product different from what was ordered (incorrect item).

The delivered product was severely damaged or spoiled, and deemed unfit for consumption upon arrival.

To qualify for resolution, the following conditions must be met:

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email or phone.

You provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Once verified and approved, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:

A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

A full or partial refund to your original payment method, processed within 7 business days.

Please note: We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet these criteria.
Noneligible Scenarios
We regret that we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or returns under the following circumstances:

Delivery delays caused by courier services or customs procedures

Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the product's safety or quality

Change of mind or personal dislike of taste, texture, or appearance

Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

Recipient unavailable at time of delivery

Tracking issues or delays caused by third-party logistics providers
International Orders
For customers outside of India, please be aware:

We are not responsible for delays, clearance issues, taxes, duties, or delivery failures caused by international customs authorities.

Orders affected by international incidents (e.g., geopolitical unrest, natural disasters, or customs restrictions) are nonrefundable.

No reimbursement will be provided in cases of refusal, seizure, or return initiated by customs or border control.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and moved into processing, it cannot be cancelled.
In rare cases, if a cancellation request is submitted immediately after placing the order, and the order has not yet entered production or dispatch, we may attempt to accommodate the request. However, cancellation is not guaranteed, and is granted only at our discretion.

Special Note for International Customers – Right to Cancel
Certain jurisdictions, including the European Union, may offer consumers a statutory "cooling off" period (such as 14 days) during which they can cancel online orders.
However, under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, such rights do not apply to perishable or consumable goods — including food items — especially if the packaging has been opened, tampered with, or the product is sensitive to environmental exposure.
As such, Fruitibo's products are exempt from this right, and no cancellations or returns will be accepted on this basis. By placing an order, international customers agree to these exemptions.
