Shipping Coverage
Orders are shipped both domestically across India and internationally, wherever delivery partners can reach. Primary logistics partners include Shiprocket, Bigship, and other reliable service providers. The company reserves the right to use alternate shipping partners based on serviceability, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
If an address falls outside standard delivery coverage, delivery may be arranged through alternate partners upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply for such special arrangements.
Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
Products are seasonal and depend on raw material availability. While every effort is made to dispatch confirmed orders promptly, estimated timelines are as follows:
- Domestic Orders (within India): Dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery within 7–15 working days, depending on location.
- International Orders: Dispatched within 2–4 working days. Estimated delivery within 15–21 business days, subject to destination country, customs processing, and courier delays.
Same-day delivery may be possible if the product is in ready stock. Public holidays, regional lockdowns, or courier delays may affect delivery timelines. In the event of international crises such as war, civil unrest, or natural disasters that impact transportation or cross-border logistics, international orders may be temporarily placed on hold. Processing and dispatch will resume once conditions normalize, subject to feasibility.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on a flat rate or by weight, depending on the delivery location and order value. All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order completion.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for domestic orders within India.
- COD is not available for international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once an order has been dispatched, an email or SMS will be sent containing the tracking number and a link to monitor shipment status. In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to courier processing.

Failed Deliveries / Non-Serviceable Areas
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-serviceable postal codes, the order may be returned to the warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
Delays and Customs (International Orders)
International deliveries may experience additional delays due to:
- Customs clearance procedures in the destination country
- Import regulations and documentation checks
- Local courier delays or government holidays
The company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Holiday Shipping Advisory
During peak seasons or national holidays (in India or abroad), shipments may experience delays. Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance to avoid inconvenience.
Returns and Pick-ups
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed and shipped. All orders are shipped from the processing center in Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
